Ryan Thomas Trahan specializes in strategic business and transactional matters.  He has broad experience assisting a diverse group of sophisticated clients, including family-offices, real estate developers, ultra high-net worth individuals, private equity groups, and pension and sovereign wealth funds.  Prior to founding Trahan Law, Mr. Trahan practiced as an associate at Paul Hastings, Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld, Morrison & Foerster, and Cox, Castle & Nicholson, all in Los Angeles, California.

Mr. Trahan received his JD, with honors, from the University of Texas School of Law, where he was the recipient of a Tom C. Clark fellowship, an MBA from the Helzberg School of Business, Rockhurst University, and a BS in Economics, cum laude, from Emporia State University, where he was a National Science Foundation Scholar and lettered in NCAA II Football.​ 

Mr. Trahan is a member of the State Bar of California.
