Ryan Thomas Trahan is experienced in providing business and strategic counsel.  He has assisted a diverse group of sophisticated clients, including family-offices, real estate developers, ultra high-net worth individuals, private equity groups, and pension and sovereign wealth funds.  Prior to founding his own law firm in 2015, Mr. Trahan practiced as an associate at Paul Hastings, Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld, Morrison & Foerster, and Cox, Castle & Nicholson, all in Los Angeles, California.

Mr. Trahan received his JD, with honors, from the University of Texas School of Law, where he was the recipient of a Tom C. Clark fellowship, an MBA from the Helzberg School of Business, Rockhurst University, and a BS in Economics, cum laude, from Emporia State University, where he was a National Science Foundation Scholar and lettered in NCAA II Football.​ 

Mr. Trahan is a member of the State Bar of California.
